Nestling in trendy Fulham - so trendy in fact that we have to grow stubble, don our best designer shades and raid the office change pot to be able to feed the parking meters with enough cash before making the trip up - is European Heritage, a leading supplier of high quality tiles and flooring.
We originally ran just the Paid Search side of things for European Heritage, pointing our ads at a very basic, existing website. Based on early Paid Search successes, even with the old site version, we were quickly commissioned to build a site fit for the purpose of channelling pre-defined search results. At the same time, two of European Heritage’s high street stores were closed to focus on the web channel. No pressure then, Team Yucca.
Within just two months of the new site going live, the average length of visit tripled, and bounce rates were down by over a quarter. Amazingly, business has soared with no increase in search spend.
