Head of Social Media
With more than nine years of diverse agency experience under her belt, Jemma understands social media within a wider marketing
communications context. She's also a talented writer who understands tone of voice, and how a brand can successfully maintain a dialogue with its audiences.
After a brief sojourn in London, Jemma returned to her beloved university town of Bristol (where she read English Lit) to work for the global marketing services company Carlson Marketing, eventually moving to digital publishers Wildfire Communications.Jemma then spent five years at communications agency Bray Leino, developing and running social media and PR campaigns for clients including Coca Cola, Virgin Media, innocent drinks and Carlsberg, before coming to Yucca in 2010.
Work and the web aside, Jemma can usually be found either experimenting in the kitchen, making things out of paper and felt, pretending she can play the accordion or dancing like no-one’s watching when – unfortunately - they often are.
