Karl is the glue that binds our team together. And we really shouldn't like him as much as we do; for a start, he's annoyingly young (only 26) but also super fit, running 5K each night. Add to this his unstoppable enthusiasm, his passion for his job, and the fact he's quite a nice bloke and it's all a bit too much.
