More cyan than a smurf

Birthdays are always special occasions, and this was our first major milestone. Scroll down to see a few pictures taken on the night.

I started Yucca straight after university in a spare bedroom using a tired 486, a dial up 28.8kps modem and a copy of Hotmetal Pro 4. 10 years on, things have moved on a lot (I’m not allowed anywhere near the code these days for instance).

A big thank you to all of our clients for coming, our suppliers and, of course, the trusty Yucca team. Ben and I read our speeches from our iPhones which was rather cool, until I looked down at mine and realised I couldn’t actually read the font. Still, ad-libbing is so much more natural.

Champagne was drunk (and a random bottle of port) and dancing was the order of the evening. Rob even got his robot out - always an important feature of any true Yucca night.
